Attend the March for Life
Attending the March for Life is a great way to experience the pro-life movement first-hand and show your pro-life values. Every year in January, near the anniversary of the Supreme Court decision Roe v. Wade, hundreds of thousands of pro-lifers march through the streets of Washington D.C. to commemorate the lives lost by abortion since this day and call upon on our government to put an end to the greatest human rights violation of our time.
A group trip to the March for Life is a great way to get motivated and involved. If you would like more information about the March for Life in D.C., visit their website at: www.MarchForLife.org
Is a trip to Washington just a bit too far? No worries!
The March for Life Chicago takes place every year in January as well. Thousands of pro-lifers from all across the Midwest come to the city streets of Chicago to send a message of hope and love for life. If you would like more information about the March for Life Chicago, visit their website at: www.MarchForLifeChicago.org.
Participate in our Student Oratory Contest
Illinois Right to Life is on the hunt to find the most talented pro-life high school student speaker in the state of Illinois. Do you think you’ve got your pro-life arguments down pat? Think your oratory skills are top notched? Then put them to the test.
Our objective is to help students develop a deeper knowledge and understanding of important issues that degrade the human person in our society. This contest will help students become comfortable and knowledgeable in defending human dignity and standing up for the most vulnerable members of our society.
